monthly credits roll-over for up to 18 months while your account is active
if any credits are not used and you cancel, you will still have 3 months after membership cancellation before they expire. each credit expires after 3 months ie; June 2021 credit expires Jan 2022
cancellation requests must be received in writing via email. membership will be cancelled 30 days after written notice is received.
brow shaping is complimentary for all memberships with Dolores De alba. brow shaping with other esthys will be discounted
bliss and bliss plus members can receive a 2nd 60min hydra/max facial each month for $150
minimum sign-up is only for 6 months
monthly charge is on the 1st or 15th
